Today was going to be a busy day. The only time that I could get a run in was early in the morning. I'm not a morning person so it was with difficulty that I dragged myself out of the bed, on a fresh morning, to run.
The run itself was nice, a bit slow, but with two runs close together I didn't mind the slow pace, my legs needed it. It was lovely running along the river with the sun just up and the fog rising up off the water... A great start to the day.
