Another run cut short by a niggle in the knee. This is frustrating but I'm just going to try to get out and do a little. Today was 2.5km. not much at all but still better than I've managed since the knee started to trouble me. It's still troubling me. Starting to get to me know but I guess I just got to keep plodding away.
